My companion and I just had the privilege of meeting a darling mother and her three-year-old son as we walked into the library. And guess what? She shared this beautiful miracle with us.
Pregnant and 19, this soon-to-be mom was not quite ready for how soon she would be a mother. At 21 weeks her water broke, and she had her baby boy while only 25 weeks along. Her little boy miraculously was born breathing on his own, but spent 3 long months on life support. He spent a total of 7 months in the hospital, while his darling mother traveled back and forth each and every day to sit with her newborn son. Though every single result told the doctors her son would not survive, this mom had faith. And with that great faith, God provided her with a miracle. Her darling son is healthy and happy. The community of Gainsville, Florida even hosted fundraisers and helped with the medical expenses. God really is in every aspect of our lives-big and small.
There can be miracles when you believe in God.
